Part A - Client Terms & Conditions

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to the S.I.S.U. Method™ three-month programme provided by Shefkat Suleyman trading as House of Sisu ("House of Sisu", "I", "me" or "my"). They form the agreement between House of Sisu and the client once an application has been accepted and the client purchases the programme.

The programme is available to women aged 18 or over. Applications are reviewed before payment is taken so that both parties can consider whether the programme is a suitable fit.

2. Nature and Scope of the Programme

The S.I.S.U. Method™ is a personalised complementary wellbeing and personal-development programme. It may combine homeopathy, Divine Healing, subconscious reprogramming, lifestyle support and other complementary tools that I consider appropriate to the individual client.

The core programme includes:
• 3 homeopathy consultations. The initial consultation is approximately 2 hours; follow-up consultations are generally approximately 90  minutes.
• 3 live Divine Healing sessions, generally approximately 90  minutes each.
• 12 support and accountability calls of approximately 30 minutes each, scheduled flexibly across the programme according to the client's individual programme and needs. The 12th call may be used as the final review.
• Personalised subconscious reprogramming work. This may include personalised writing, affirmations and practices for the client to complete between sessions.
• Homeopathic remedies supplied by House of Sisu as part of the programme.
• Where recommended and supplied by House of Sisu, supplements, tissue salts, Bach flower remedies or similar complementary products.

I may also draw on other tools where appropriate, including frequency-based tools such as Healy or bioscan/bioresonance-style tools, Traditional Chinese Medicine-informed approaches, Human Design, astrology or other complementary frameworks. These are optional tools and are not guaranteed components or promised at any particular frequency.

Products that I recommend but do not supply are purchased separately by the client at her own cost.

3. Complementary Nature of the Services

House of Sisu does not provide emergency, medical, psychiatric or other regulated healthcare services. The programme is complementary and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, medication or care from a GP, consultant, mental-health professional or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

A client should maintain appropriate relationships with her healthcare professionals. If I recommend that a client seeks medical assessment, GP input, mental-health support or another appropriate professional service, the client is responsible for following that recommendation.

Nothing in the programme requires or authorises a client to stop, reduce or alter prescribed medication or medical treatment. Any change to prescribed medication or medical treatment should be discussed with the relevant prescribing or treating healthcare professional.

4. Client Participation and Responsibility

The programme is active and collaborative. Clients are expected to engage with the personalised recommendations, practices and agreed actions provided throughout the programme, including subconscious reprogramming work.

Clients are expected to follow the personalised instructions provided by House of Sisu, including directions relating to homeopathic remedies and other products supplied. Remedies, dosage, frequency or other instructions should not be altered without discussing the change with House of Sisu first.

The client must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of her knowledge and must tell House of Sisu about material changes during the programme, including pregnancy, significant changes in health, new diagnoses, and new or changed medication.

If a client repeatedly fails to participate or engage to an extent that prevents the programme from being delivered effectively, I may raise this with her and provide an opportunity to re-engage. If meaningful participation does not resume, House of Sisu may end the programme. Any financial consequences will be dealt with under these Terms and applicable consumer law.

5. Programme Period, Calls and Extensions

The programme is designed as a three-month container beginning on the agreed start date. The included sessions and calls should ordinarily be used during that period.

Where genuinely needed, House of Sisu may allow a reasonable extension to complete outstanding included homeopathy consultations, Divine Healing sessions or support calls. Any extension is discretionary and does not create an indefinite entitlement to support.

WhatsApp access ends on the programme completion date or at the end of an extension specifically agreed by House of Sisu. WhatsApp is not continuously monitored and is used for submitting questions or matters to be addressed through the scheduled support structure; it is not an emergency or on-demand advice service.

The programme does not automatically renew. Any support requested after the programme and any agreed extension have ended is subject to a separate agreement and fee. Additional sessions or support may be offered at House of Sisu's discretion but do not become an entitlement for other clients.

6. Booking, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

At least 48 hours' notice is required if a client wishes to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, or a client misses an appointment, the session will normally be treated as one of the client's included sessions. House of Sisu may make an exception in a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstance at its discretion. House of Sisu may cancel or reschedule an appointment where necessary. Where this happens, the appointment will be reaaranged at a mutually convenient time and will not count as one of the clients included sessions.

7. Fees and Payment

The client must pay the price and use the payment option agreed and clearly displayed at the time of booking. The full total payable, including any difference between paying in full and paying by instalments, must be shown before the client commits to purchase.

Where an instalment plan is selected, it is a payment plan for one three-month programme and not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled simply by stopping future instalments. Where the agreed instalment arrangement uses Stripe, instalments are collected automatically in accordance with the payment schedule shown at checkout.

Payment may be accepted through Stripe, bank transfer, PayPal or, for in-person arrangements, cash, where offered.

If an instalment fails or becomes overdue, further sessions and programme delivery may be paused until the outstanding payment has been received. Pausing services does not by itself cancel any payment obligation that is lawfully due under the agreement.

8. 14-Day Cancellation Right for Online/Distance Purchases

Where the client enters into this agreement online or at a distance, the client will normally have a statutory right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after the day on which the agreement is entered into, without giving a reason, in accordance with the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulation 2013.

To exercise this right, the Client must inform House of Sisu of their decision to cancel by making a clear statement of cancellation within the 14-day cancellation period. The Client may do this by email to shefkat@houseofsisu.co.uk.

Starting the Programme within the 14-day cancellation period

If the Client wishes the Programme or any services under this Agreement to begin before the 14-day cancellation period has expired, the Client expressly requests that House of Sisu begins providing those services during the cancellation period.

If the Client makes such a request and subsequently exercises their statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period, the Client will be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services supplied up to the time House of Sisu is informed of the cancellation, as permitted by law.

The Client acknowledges that if the services under this Agreement are fully performed during the 14-day cancellation period following the Client’s express request for early performance, the Client will lose their statutory right to cancel once those services have been fully performed.

Where the Client validly cancels during the statutory cancellation period, any refund due will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.

After the statutory cancellation period has expired, any cancellation or early termination will be governed by the other provisions of this Agreement and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes, limits or restricts any statutory rights the Client has under applicable consumer law.

9. Ending the Programme

House of Sisu may end the professional relationship where there is abusive, threatening or seriously inappropriate behaviour.

House of Sisu may also end the programme following the participation process described in section 4 where continued non-engagement prevents meaningful delivery of the programme.

Any amount retained, refunded or remaining payable following termination must be determined fairly, taking account of services already supplied, legitimate commitments or losses, the circumstances of termination and the client's statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms creates a blanket 'no refund in any circumstances' rule.

10. Outcomes and No Guarantees

The programme is personalised and individual experiences vary. House of Sisu does not guarantee any particular health, emotional, relationship, financial, business or other outcome. The client's personal development requires active participation. Results depend on the clients effort, passion, energy, they must do what is set from House of Sisu.

11. Intellectual Property

The S.I.S.U. Method™, programme structure, worksheets, written materials, recordings created for programme delivery, exercises, prompts and other original materials supplied by House of Sisu remain the intellectual property of House of Sisu or the relevant rights holder.

Materials are supplied for the client's personal use only and must not be copied, taught, sold, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

12. Liability and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, House of Sisu is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made or for losses arising from a client's failure to provide accurate relevant information, failure to follow agreed instructions, or independent decisions outside the scope of the programme.

These Terms do not affect the client's statutory rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer retains any mandatory rights she has under applicable consumer law.

• identity and contact information, such as your name, email address and telephone number;
• application, booking, payment and appointment information;
• information you provide about your goals, circumstances, lifestyle and programme experience;
• health and wellbeing information relevant to the programme, which may include medical history, symptoms, medication, mental or emotional wellbeing, menstrual history, previous treatments and other information you choose to provide;

• correspondence and questions submitted through email or WhatsApp;
• session recordings where a homeopathy consultation is recorded after you have been informed;
• testimonials, photographs or identifying information only to the extent separately agreed for that use; and

3. Health and Other Special Category Data

Information concerning physical or mental health is special category data and receives additional protection under UK data protection law.

House of Sisu will only process special category data where there is both an appropriate Article 6 lawful basis and an applicable Article 9 condition. Where explicit consent is relied upon for health information, that consent will be requested clearly and separately and will identify the relevant type of information and purpose.

Only information reasonably necessary for the stated purposes should be collected.

4. How Information Is Used

Personal information may be used to:
• assess applications and suitability for the programme;
• arrange appointments and administer the client relationship;
• deliver and personalise the S.I.S.U. Method™ programme;
• maintain consultation and client records;
• provide remedies, products, recommendations and follow-up support;
• process payments and administer instalment arrangements;

5. Session Recordings

Homeopathy consultations may be recorded using Google Meet for the limited purpose of allowing House of Sisu to review the consultation and prepare or check notes. The client will be informed before recording.

Recordings are not intended to be the permanent client record. They will be deleted after the recording has been reviewed and the necessary notes have been completed, subject to any overriding legal requirement. Recordings may contain sensitive health information and will be handled accordingly.

6. Who Information May Be Shared With

Client health records are intended to be accessed by Shefkat Suleyman only, except where disclosure is required by law or the client authorises a disclosure.

House of Sisu may use service providers that process limited personal information as necessary to provide their services. These may include Squarespace for the website, Google Meet for online consultations, Mailchimp for email communications, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and banking providers.

Providers may change over time. House of Sisu will take reasonable steps to use providers appropriately and will not state that every third party is 'GDPR compliant' without an appropriate basis for doing so.

Personal information is not sold.

7. International Transfers

Some technology or service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, House of Sisu will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement and will provide further information about safeguards where required.

8. Security

House of Sisu uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including health-related information. Client records are stored using access-controlled and appropriately secured electronic systems. Access to client health records is restricted to Shefkat Suleyman unless disclosure is authorised or legally required.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable safeguards will be maintained and reviewed.

9. Retention

Personal information will not be kept for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including the delivery of services, professional record keeping, legal claims, insurance, accounting and other applicable legal or professional requirements.

Because different categories of information may require different retention periods, House of Sisu will use documented retention criteria and review records periodically. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Session recordings are treated differently from the permanent client record and are deleted after review and completion of the necessary notes, subject to any overriding legal requirement.

10. Testimonials and Marketing Use

Feedback, testimonials, success stories, a client's name, photograph or other identifying details will only be used for promotional or marketing purposes to the extent the client has separately agreed to that use. A client may choose the level of identification she is comfortable with, for example anonymous, first name only, full name or photograph.

Any marketing communications and associated preferences will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing rules.

11. Cookies and Analytics

The House of Sisu website may use cookies, analytics and similar technologies. Essential technologies may be used where necessary for the website to function. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, they will be used only in accordance with the applicable consent requirements.

If new analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools are introduced, the website's cookie information and consent settings should be updated accordingly.

12. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis being used, you may have rights including access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, and data portability.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Some information may still need to be retained where another lawful basis or legal obligation applies.

Requests or concerns can be sent to shefkat@houseofsisu.co.uk. You also have the right to raise a data protection complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
